| The rapid development of information technology has influenced the construction of community roundly. It has brought new life style and managing way to community besides new technical measures. The information construction of community is one important part of that of society. How to quicken the information construction of community has been a hotspot in the society. According the forecast of Civil Administration Ministry, 80 percent of more than 700 cities will build the network of community, 30 percent of more than 5000 street will be provided with network service and 10 percent of the resident committees can visit the Internet in three years. The information base of Beijing is greatly better than that of other regions. Uniform Websites have been built in community service centers of Beijing and MIS has been equipped by 2410 communities of Beijing. With the consummation of network, the build of Website and the running of MIS of community, strong data source including vast data will take shape in the community service center of Beijing. How to build new organizing and managing system in order to meet the requirement of daily operation and how to mine useful knowledge from data in order to provide reliable decision support for leaders have been the most important problem in the information construction of community. Decision Support System of Electronical Community (ECDSS) introduced by this paper will solve the problem. The main work and conclusion are as followings: (1) Aiming at the localization of traditional DSS, It introduces DSS based on DW. It analyzes the new architecture of DSS based on DW. In the new architecture, the data space is substituted by DW, the user space is replaced by OLAP, the method space is added by DM. Furthermore, the connection between the three spaces is analyzed. (2)It designs and builds the DW of electronical community on the basis of existing MIS. According the managing requirement of community, 56 themes for analysis are measured off and 56 models for multidimensional analysis are built(The author builds 24 models). (3)It realizes data extraction, data transformation and data loading by DTS provided by MS SQL Server 2000. The strategies of ETL are constituted. DTS bags for data transformation and data loading are designed. At the same time, performance and safety of DTS are researched. (4)It realizes OLAP by MS Analysis Service. All kinds of cubes are built by Analysis Manager. At the same time, some problems including storage, subarea and safety are researched. In addition, the author analyzes the cubes by the exhibition tool AURORA. |
