Study On The Performance Impact Of Network Computer Based Network System

Network Computer, as the main expression mode of network computing, itstechnologies have become a focus of attention of IT industry. With the pervasive use inmany fields, it can move the advance of network and network computing. Especially inChina, developed the NC industry can bring up the core technology of computer, whichare the technology of CPU and OS, help our country establish completely industry chainfrom researched to produced. It has important tactic meaning for IT industry of ourcountry, which can hold technology with independence knowledge rights and corecomputability, and bring preferably benefit in practice and theory.Due to its large difference with PC, especially in architecture of software andhardware, application mode and collaboration computing, research on the PerformanceImpact of Network Computer based Network System is very important, the result is oflarge usefulness for NC's research and its application. This paper researched thePerformance Impact of Network Computer based Network System, and researched theapplication mode of NC based on above result. The main content of this paper is asfollows.1) Research the specific work mode of network system which composed of NC andServer, observe the change mode of Server and network system.2) Research the performance change and the affect on application under vary OS(especially Windows and Linux) environment in above system, and designed testmethods accordingly, obtain large number of data. As a result, we gain the performancechange trend under vary situation, and the relationship between vary NC Servers andvary NC users.3) According to above result, we output the constraints and correlation among thequantity of NC and its work mode, Server's resource, network performance as well asprovide reference clues and analyzing conclusion toward different application mode.4) According to above result, we conclude the application modes and methods indifferent fields and systems for NC.Based on the testing results, we can reasonably concluded as follows, under thesolid situation of Server's performance, the performance of network is only correlates toNC's work mode and its number; under the solid situation of NC's work mode and itsnumber, the performance of network is only correlates to Servers'performance. Thisresult provides good literate direction and realistic evidence for the research anddevelopment of NC, and also have high value for system construction which need tosatisfy different requirements and vary technical and economical indexes.
