Research And Implementation Of A General E Form Management System

In recent years,with the rapid developement of informatization and the construction of digital campus,the major domestic institutions of higher learning has made great progress in the construction of digital campus.Most colleges and universities have established the portal platform,unified identity authentication,data exchange and so on the three central platform and sharing library,at the same time constructed a mass of management information system,such as the personnel system,scientific research system,educational system etc.The construction of these platforms and systems enriches the data center,and also brings the convenience to the information management and office work within the university.However,there are still problems such as the need for teaching staff and students to repeat some forms,and to manage business information systems that cannot keep up with changes in demand as demand changes.For the above problems,this paper designed a general e form management system,gives the specific system application framework and the design of functional modules.There are two parts of the e form management system,the first part is management system,it provides a common platform for users to form,its technical architecture using J2EE technology to develop,B/S architecture.The running environment of management system is Windows operating system.The client users through a browser to access operations.The management system used the technology of SSH framework,spring business layer,springMVC layered design pattern and Hibernate persistence layer framework.The function module of management system includes:data management module,data dictionary module,forms management module,etc.The second part is the form designer,which provides a visual electronic form design tool for the users.Through it users can make the specific business form.The function module design of form designer includes data dictionary drag and drop,form production,form preview and so on.Its technical framework is developed by using java swing,and C/S structure.After the system development is completed,make an example test for the general e form management system functional modules.After testing,the system has realized the initial demand design of user flexible form making,convenient collection of data,data display,and form management,and achieved the expected design goals.
