Design And Implementation Of Financing Guarantee Approval Process Management System

The policy financing guarantee industry for remote minority areas of northwest tribal is an inclusive financial aid to service the "three rural" and to support the financing of small and micro enterprises.The approval process management is mainly to the financing guarantee business insurance before approval and risk management,organization,coordination and service of various business departments,and guarantee the effective process management to ensure business management work smoothly,improve management efficiency,reduce business risk.The design and implementation of the financing guarantee approval process management system(GAPMS)has important significance to the realization of financing guarantee corporation information of daily business management.The thesis first elaborates the idea of process management and sums up the tools and technologies needed for system development.It summarizes the business requirements of GAPMS,analyzes its functional requirements including user analysis,data flow chart,customer documentation,project management and process management.It also discusses non-functional requirements of GAPMS,including performance requirements,security requirements and open requirements.Based on this,a three-tier system architecture of GAPMS is established,and then the software architecture,functional structure and system physical topology are designed.The conceptual model and data form of the database are also given.The thesis divides GAPMS into five modules,namely,system management,data management,process management,approval management,account management and so on;then,designs and realizes the whole process of security approval management system,and designs and realizes the functions of each module.It describes the main data structure of the system and some key code implementations,at the same time detailed design data flow diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram model of each module.At last,the function test and the performance test of the system are carried out.The function test is carried out by the factor analysis method.The performance test is carried out by using Load Runner12.The test result has achieved the expected result,indicating that the system runs well.According to the new security concept of management,GAPMS has the advanced architecture and reasonable data model,design the layered software architecture with the standard system.It can be devide into six users of authority,namely system administrator,salesman,business executives,general manager,chairman and committee,which can achieve different levels of system management system.GAPMS can link with other management systems through the interface,such as the implementation of seamless connection of practice of payment management system,fixed assets management system.The problems of business process and financial policy changes can be solved by using GAPMS.For business on different varieties of different types of customers,it provide different business processes and procedures.The process management,with flow visualization powerful custom,can realize personalized custom business process,business process to meet different user needs.GAPMS uses the key control rules point process,define approval conditions,to achieve online and offline multiple processes running at the same time,meet the requirements of different users,highlighting the policy of regulating function.In addition,GAPMS supports data statistics function that users can output the business data and other information real-time statistics,statistical report of the query.
