Research And Implementation Of The Customizable Form Platform For SaaS Application

With the extensive applications of computer and the rapid development of network technology, enterprises made major changes in operation and management. Enterprises and institutions begin to implement and popularize Information Technology Systems. A large number of business of the Information Technology Systems are achieved through form, but the fixed style and the long development period of the traditional form mode can't meet the frequently changed business demand. The concept of the customizable form is proposed to adapt to the flexible enterprise business. Based on the sales management system of Beijing Hi-Service Company, the customizable form platform for SaaS application will be researched and implemented.In this paper, first, analyzed and sorted out the overall demands of the customizable form platform from the actual project. Next researched the key technologies in the design of the customizable form platform——the flexibility of customizing form, the authentication model for multi-tenant. Then provided the thought and specific solutions to solve such key technologies. Second, researched the storage schema and configurable option of the form data model. Then selected the best design plan from the optional plans. Third, based on the system requirements analysis and the results of the research and analysis of the key technologies, designed the entire platform software architecture and divided the system functional modules. Next designed each functional module. Then researched and designed the database schema for multi-tenant, and implemented the customizable form platform. Finally customized the sales management system for Beijing HI-Service Company by the customizable form platform. Then test the functionality and usability of the customizable form platform by the sales management system.
