Distributed radar remote monitoring and control system has the characteristic of computer's interaction and corresponding distribution and monitor in real time. The information transferred to other surveillances in the difference place at the same time. The surveillances can monitor the object in the result. Among the surveillances in the remote place can transfer the information. They can confer with each other on some problems in real time; more than one client possesses the communicative and perceptive ability in the environment. It comes into being this environment as a result. The system makes up of the monitor center,the part console and the subunit They builds up layered and netted network. The subunit can transfer radar state information to the other part consoles in the difference place in real time, so the part consoles attain the radar state information. It can monitor the state information. The state information includes the radar working state and the correlative components fault information. The part console can apply for the radar control right to the monitor center. The part console having high control right can gain the radar control right. So it can control the radar working mode and so on. The system involves in the user management, and radar control right and distribution and other problems. It involves in the network communication and serial communication. The paper adopts the Client/Server framework, the monitor center is the system server, the part console is the system client, the subunit is the controlled unit, and it implement the remote monitor information flow transferring in the network. Because of the subunit ,the part console and the monitor center have the network and serial communication, so the system adopts the UDP and serial communication protocol, and it can guard in the radar state and control information transferring in real time. Distributed radar remote monitor and control system is designed and implemented. Basing on the UDP and serial communication protocol, and this system can guard in the radar state and control information transferring in real time among the monitor center,the part console and the subunit, data transfers rapidly and exactly. Basing on the control right, the system has strong stability and expansibility, which can realize the unmanned watching for the military ground radar station, play a significant role in raising the efficiency of radar net and its self-protection capability, improving the working conditions of the radar unit, and reducing the cost of maintenance.
