The Design And Implementation Of A Real Time Flight Information Query System

There are many uncertain variables, such as weather condition etc, which will influence the departure and arrival time marked on airline ticket .The final departure and arrival time of flights is determined by the civil aviation's air traffic control management department and will be different from what is destined, which may cause unreasonable go-off for passengers.So the real time information of flights will provide the passengers more reasonable go-off and engagement, alleviate the anxiety of waiting, decrease the steers at terminal, increase the transportation ability and improve the service of airport.This paper will present a scheme for how to reuse the available data of air traffic control management department to provide veracious schedule and changing of flights for passengers by the real time flight information query system, which is based on several public communication systems.This scheme utilize an independent database of flights, a gateway subroutine of data synchronization through internet to trebly obtain the real time information of flights from database of air traffic control management department, which can be queried through WAP, WEB, SMS, automatic voice service (CTI IVR)etc, to prevailing internet users, cable and mobile phone users, advanced mobile data platform users of variant level. For the generality of internet, cable and mobilecommunication resource and wide coverage.For the expansion of users after the implement of scheme, the update and responding speed of data will be the key tribulation of system. So this system will develop through canonized JAVA technology, of multiplayer system structure, with independent of uses access, application logic and user interface modules, and deploy by high stability, high security, high performance Web Logic Server of BEA company as Web server and EJB container, which greatly enhance the expansion ability of system, restage of function modules and cut the cost of implement.This system is of high feasibility for mature technology resource and promising significant market and society value.
