Aptitude Failure Diagnose Methodological Research In Bearing Fatigue Life Test

According to the technical innovation required by Inspecting and Test Center of ZWZ Group Corp, the following work is done in this paper after comparing the actual technology level of Inspecting and Test Center with the internal and international craft brother's and analyzing the request of the project. First, from the point of view of engineering application, how to inspect the roll bearing online using computer and control and how to diagnose the fault of roll bearing via the data from test are introduced. Then, by a lot of trials on bearing test machine, the changing rule of the parameters in amplitude field such as peak value, crest factor, kurtosis, RMS etc and the reason of fatigue of every worn bearing and the methods of diagnosing the bearing as early as possible are summed up. At last, how to find out the location of fatigue with spectrum analytical method is described.The application of the diagnosing methods in the spot has changed the test status quo of the Inspecting and Test Center of ZWZ Group Corp. The moment of fatigue alarm has been advanced. Plenty of exacter data are provided for producing bearing. The test level of the Inspecting and Test Center of ZWZ Group Corp has been advanced by a long way.
