In this paper,an electro-hydraulic proportional position control system is designed for the hydraulic system of 9KG-350 forage baler,so that the control signal acts on the proportional directional valve and the opening degree of the proportional valve is controlled to control the flow to achieve control of the hydraulic cylinder piston.The purpose of the location is to apply PID and fuzzy PID controller to the system and compare the control performance of the two algorithms.Firstly,by analyzing the structure and working process of electro-hydraulic proportional position system of baling,the mathematic model of each link of the system is established and the transfer function of the whole system is obtained.Secondly,the parameters of the model are determined,and the mathematic model of the transfer function of the electro-hydraulic proportional position system is established in Matlab/Simulink.The PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are used for simulation.The simulation results are systematically analyzed.Finally,controller performance was verified on the QCS014 A hydraulic teaching test stand.Based on OPC technology,an experimental platform integrating WinCC,STEP7 and MATLAB was established.WinCC is used as the mediation system for data transmission to realize the data communication function between PLC and Matlab,and complete the data monitoring and display function.With PLC as the data acquisition and transmission unit,the data collected by the displacement sensor is transmitted to WinCC through PLC;Construct PID and fuzzy PID control algorithm to realize the hydraulic system control platform based on WinCC.The simulation and experimental results show that the fuzzy PID controller has better advantages in tracking performance,adjustment time,and overshoot than the traditional PID controller in the design of the electro-hydraulic proportional position control system for hay bales.The binding machine production efficiency and grass product quality have important practical significance.
