The Distributed Submersible Motor Monitor System Based On CAN Bus

The distributed monitor system, which based on CAN bus, apply CAN fieldbus technongy to the monitor of submersible motor, including intelligent supervision, protect, and manage for operate process. This monitor system consists of of monitor computer , CAN/RS232 protocol conversion module, and the control node which locate working place. The control node can realize the monitor function by itself, not depend on CAN bus network, and can transfer information with monitor computer through CAN bus. The CAN/RS232 protocol conversion module can complete the protocol conversion between CAN bus and RS232 bus. The monitor computer can communicate with each control node. Above all, this monitor system structure can realize control disperse and manage concentrate. The main content of this paper as follows: (1)Particularly discussed the background, significance, and the present status of the research on submersible motor at home and abroad, it provides the reference of the feasibility and necessity of this thesis. (2)Particularly analyzed the capability and structure of the 200QJ80 submersible motor, and analyzed the CAN bus capability. Determined the design project of the system, including whole structure design, sensor select, and concrol node structure design. (3)Designed the submersible motor mornitor system for the 200QJ80-55 submersible motor, mostly include current CAN bus communication module, temperature and liquid level node, current and liquid level node, CAN/RS232 protocol conversion module, and Power supply and outside strong electricity conctol circuit. (4)All function were varified through many times experiment at working place. The experiment show this system posses the characteristics of high measuring precision, real time, good anti-interference ability, low price for it's ability, good expansibility, advantage for network manage and batch manufacture. Come true the anticipate demand, update the technique of the product.
