| Based on the attention to teaching quality,making full use of teaching resources, arousing teacher's enthusiasm and working out reasonable teaching reform measures as starting point, Shougang Institute of Technology(SGIT) puts forward to set up a perfect network teaching quality evaluation integration system with higher-degree information, comprehensive analysis and assistant decision support to adapt to the society's requirement for high quality teaching resources.The dissertation analyzes the current teaching quality system, conducts, the actual evaluation in SGIT and has got the first-hand data and relevant information. Firstly has realized students' evaluation for teachers and data processing under the Client/Server system according to the actual problems that need to solve in the current teaching quality evaluation system in universities. This software has been used to evaluate the teaching quality for two semesters, and has done well.The dissertation studies in theory that after cumulating the original data to some extent, data warehouse based on Web will be realized and assistant decision function will be added to the teaching quality evaluation system. Thoroughly studies such main technical problems to realize the function as data warehouse modeling technology, realization method of data warehouse application system based on Web, the structure of the system ,data loading and controlling mechanism, on-line analytical processing, data mining arithmetic and model forecasting etc. The subject of data warehouse, the dimension degree and index have been set up .
