Bluetooth technology which emerged in recent years is a new short-range wireless communication technology which uses ISM 2.4GHz frequency band, frequency-hopping modulation, thus it has strong ability to protect from interference. The transmission distance is 10 to 100 meters. Currently, the bluetooth technology has evolved into one of the most important short-range wireless communication technologies.The Bluetooth technology makes cheap interconnection of digital devices including all kinds of mobile devices and computer assistant devices. And it not only replaces the wire cable of all kinds of digital devices including palm and mobile phone in existence, but also extends many functions of digital devices and makes individual digital devices interconnect and share resources with other devices. When the technology which can almost be integrated into any digital device comes forth, the application field is expanded over its original intention, even extended continually. Its use in medical apparatus is up to date.The diagnosis of modern medicine depends on the inspection to patients. It takes long time to inspect the parameters involving the rhythm of the heart, blood pressure, saturation of hypoxemia and rhythm of breath of patients. Meanwhile, the movement of patients should be taken into account when the correlative project is designed. So a set of inexpensive, reliable and wireless-transmission medical monitoring system is needed to be designed.Integrated medical monitoring system based on Bluetooth technology is a suit of system which gathers the computer technology and communication technology together.
