This thesis researched Bluetooth technology and its application in wireless monitoring and control field in system, implemented a Bluetooth Dynamic Holter prototype, this device make patients, nurses and doctors more free, make nurse and doctor more safe when encounting infection like SARS.This thesis claimed it has great future that Bluetooth's application in wireless monitoring and control field such as medical and industrial after introduced main kinds of wireless technologies, specially Wireless Access Technology in Personal Area Network.In 2nd chapter, this thesis explored and analysed Bluetooth technology and specification aim at above-mentioned wireless monitoring and control field in system, summarized Bluetooth's support to these special field. When implementing of Bluetooth, HCI has important meaning for it provides a standard interface to the co-operation between host and Bluetooth module. It is discussed in detail that implement communication experience and procedure and data format between MCS-51 MCU and Bluetooth module by UART HCI.As main part, it is discussed in detail in chapter 3 that how to application Bluetooth to a conventional wire-connect Holter, make the old Holter turn into more convenient more safe MCU core Bluetooth wireless dynamic Holter. In begin part we analysed the advantages of Bluetooth technology application in medical ambulatory, pointed Bluetooth can free patients and safe nurse and doctor from ferocity infection such as "SARS", designed a kind of model of dynamic ambulatory network in a big hospital. After analysed the structure of original Holter system and data transfer and key points and design procedure of wireless transfer, introduced our implement project and sample device of Bluetooth dynamic Holter. This sample device can provide a data rate of 57.6kbps in 10 meters around, this rate what is limited by crystal frequency and UART of 51 MCU can satisfied with real time ambulatory. This example can easily be planted to other likely situations.Last, this thesis researched project that replace MCU by FPGA to resolve the problem that MCU is the bottle neck of data rate, this project promoted the data rate greatly. This FPGA project can be appllied in those high data rate situations.
