The subject in the paper is an important part of the large ionmicroprobe mass spectrum instrument remote sharing demonstrationresearch project. The project is very important to share large scientificinstruments.The research purpose of the subject is to develop the remotely sharingsystem about Ion Microprobe (SHRIMPâ…¡) sample image based Internet.The subject's researching is an indispensability part of the wholeproject .The project's developing be must to promote all kinds ofinstrument's farther opening and sharing and provide powerful support forscientific studies and for innovation of knowledge. It has very importantdemonstration significance.The researching include developing a suit of remotely controllingprotocol including transmission protocol and protocol's analyzing module,realizing remotely controlling, realizing remotely data capturing, realizingremotely data processing's monitoring and controlling and developing theremotely linking and message's filtrating module. The key question includehow to shorten the quantity of transmission data to the least, which datacapturing mode and realizing method should be taken, how to realize theremotely controlling. In addition the controlling protocol's standardization,expansibility and security must be considered.Software system is composed of six software modules by threecomposite mode.Network communication module, is designed to communicate betweenthe client system and the message filtrating module of the ion microprobemass spectrum instrument remotely controlling system. At the same time ittakes charge the communication between the message filtrating module andthe sever system. The developing content is applying Winsock to realize thenetwork communicating base TCP/IP and instituting application layerprotocol and developing the program of coding and encoding. Remotely controlling module, corresponding the client system's mouseclicked action, the sever system execute the simulative action at the samesite. Corresponding the client system's keyboard input action, the seversystem focus the same edit frame and execute the same simulative keyboardaction. Remotely monitoring module, is designed to monitor the data of seversystem, once the data is changed and the change should be notified to thelab assistant, the monitoring module captures the data that has been changedand send it to the client system through Network communication module. Remotely data processing's monitoring and controlling module. Beingdead against the error produced by operating large instrument, the labassistant must revise it after operation. The module's function is to monitorthe process of revising. The work is independent of the monitoring andcontrolling to the instrument's software, so it needs the remotely dataprocessing's monitoring and controlling module to finish it. The remotely linking and message's filtrating module, is designed tovalidate the client who apply to link to sever and authorize the client,include the controlling privilege and observing privilege. The module cansynchronously transmit image to many clients in Internet. It uses the"pyramid"network transmission model to resolve the question of largedifference net speed. The constitute mode of software module, is the communication modebetween the software modules. It composes that direct using functions'interface, messages notification, WinSock communication.
