This thesis proceeds with development of the wireless video communication system, recommending the video signals of all digital wireless video communication systems to be gathered and principle of compressing the technology of the code of video, introduce videos and compress the technology of the code especially, expound wavelet transform algorithm is in the wireless low yard of advantages of leading channel video to compress, provide wavelet transform hardware that video compresses realize the scheme and debug the course at the same time. .This thesis combine wavelet transform vary theory, compress chip ADV611 with wavelet transform video, AD of Company as the core, complement it with such devices as fixed DSP-TMS320VC5416 of TI Company and CPLD-EPM7128 of ALTERA Company, etc., compressed the circuit board and worked out the corresponding software after making a video. Through debug, this board realize vary the code to wavelet transform, video of signal, have obtained the result of the better picture.This thesis amounts to six chapters, Chapter one introduces the current situations of the development of all digital wireless video communication systems briefly, Chapter two the design that generality introduced the signal of videos and gathered. Chapter three recommended various kinds of videos to compress technology and standard emphatically, has analyzed the theory of the wavelet transform algorithm, and introduced the main chip ADV611 mainly: The chapter forth recommended the hardware to realize the scheme the chapter fifth recommended the software to realize the scheme. Chapter six put forward some my own views on systematic improvement in the future.
