The Construction Of Distance Education System In Experiment Of Machinery Bases Based On VRML

With the rapid development of the computer's technology, especially network communication technology and information processing technology, modern distance education is rapidly developing as one new type of education. Because of the development and advance of virtual reality technology, the application of virtual reality technology now is abroad in network. Realizing distance experiment education with virtual reality technology is becoming the important part of network tutoring and the building of experiment resources.The paper expatiates the development of virtual lab in internal or overseas, and the information of application of virtual experiment on distance education. The meaning of realizing machinery bases distance education is analyzed. The paper discusses the characteristic and advantage of Virtual Reality Modeling Language. The static state modeling method of equipment and the key technology of dynamic simulation in experiment of machinery bases based on VRML are explored. The paper concretely discusses the method of static state modeling of equipments of machinery bases experiment with 3- Dimension modeling software such as Pro/e or CAXA; utilizing VRML, JSAI, EAI, and JAVA to realizing dynamic simulation of experiment and interactive process of experiment.The paper analyzes the functional demand of distance education system in experiment of machinery bases, and discusses the network realizing technology of distance experiment education system. Utilizing Browser/Server systematic structure, Web interrelated technology construct distance experiment education system, establish systematic framework, and realize the function of experiment education.Finally a summary and prospect of this thesis are given. This paper only realizes systematic framework and the part of experiments, more researches are more deepened and realized aftertime.
