With the rapid development of Internet/Intranet in these years. B/S architecture has become prevailing model in Enterprise Management Information System, and in developing information system, XML, ASP.NET, Component Object and Distributed Database have become the kernel technologies. On the base of the research of these kernel technologies, the author has accomplished the analysis, designing, coding and testing of the Remote Sale Management System based on Web in the environment of Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2000 and IIS 6.0.The system provides the well-format report generating, flexible and convenient multi-condition querying, united collecting of the data, security and feasible management of users' accounts, roles and permission, interactive and shared of information, cooperation work of users, to solve the problems of the enterprise information collection and query, which playing a positive promotion role in improving the management level of the enterprise users.This thesis systematically introduces the basic method and technique employing the Web technologies, .NET and XML in developing remote sale management system based on Web, introducing the system model and execution scheme of remote sale management system based on Web the author advanced, exploring the software test and system optimization base on Web.
