With the continuous advancement of mobile network technology and the urgent demand for high-speed network,the LTE era has arrived.Three operators in China have officially opened LTE(Long Term Evolution)for business,and the whole country's LTE business is also spread out in an all-round way.LTE paging process involves wireless network,core network,terminal and user behavior and other aspects,if there is a CSFB(Circuit Switched Fallback)process also involves the GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)and WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)so,each network,each link may affect the efficiency and the success of paging paging.At present,it is difficult for the traditional technical means to reflect the actual perception of the user in a way of the overall index,and there are still situations that the optimized solution can not solve for practical problems.This paper mainly studies the relevant strategies of LTE network paging and actually used in the current network.The main research work includes the following contents:First of all,according to the characteristics of LTE network architecture,this paper introduces the network entity and UE's two operation modes.Compare LTE with 2/3G core network,the main characteristics of LTE core network is that the eNodeB wireless base station is directly connected with the core network element and the core network element MME(Mobility Management Entity)will connect a large number of eNodeB.Then the paper focuses on the research of LTE paging principle,from the four aspects of LTE routing and paging paging,paging parameters and the process of receiving information to analysis,mainly from the idle state and the connection state of two aspects of paging technology,especially the paging process involves business channel,MME and eNodeB response.The speech realization scheme of LTE is summarized,and the CSFB scheme and paging signaling process are emphatically analyzed.Secondly,we focus on the LTE paging strategy,and analyze the MME which enables TA LIST(TrackingArea List)in the LTE network effectively eliminate frequent switching of TAC border coverage and flexible adjustment eNodeB paging load,and then analyze the performance from three key indicators,especially Paging success rate,the total number of paging groups,the number of packet paging success,and then explore the paging mechanism and the impact of wireless coverage for the user terminal and TA planning;and finally carry out signaling optimization and process optimization based on the network side,terminal Side and CSFB three dimensions.Finally,this paper proposes a LTE-based precise paging scheme based on user and service to further analyze the paging problem of the existing network and verify that the precise paging optimization scheme can greatly reduce the occupation of the core network of the current network and the resources of the wireless network and maximize the investment efficiency of operators.The scheme first selects a paging policy and a paging rule based on the user type and the service type by the MME,and then filters the paging rule according to the user mobility to initiate paging to the eNodeB in the paging range.Finally,if the paging time out,the MME configures Paging rules paging in the next level of paging,paging failure to avoid.The development test shows that optimizing the paging process,reducing the paging range,reducing the resource occupation of the paging process,improving the network operation capability and reducing the paging load without changing the existing network structure.
