The Design And Realization Of Security Management System Based On PKI

With the sustaining development of E-government, the security system has become an important factor to restrict the further progress of it. PKI has grown into the application basis of the security and authentication of E-government and open network.Based on the realization and study of PKI theory, this paper introduces the security strategy and technology on the PKI to the E-government applications. In order to fulfill the security requirement of E-government's special network, this paper designs a security management system based on PKI. To ensure the secure management of users logging on the E-government's special network by using electronic key, digital certificate, digital signature and encryption. This system is built on client/server mode, whichtransfers data by SPKM protocol. Every user has a digital certificate and private key, which are stored in electronic key. Users log on computers of the special network by the electronic key. User's purview is set on server side by administrator. These techniques ensure users logging on computers with the corresponding digital certificates. The administrator can watch the situation of users logging on and check on work attendance.This system has nicer expansibility and can be extended easily by requirement. The interface to users is so friendly that this system can be operated simply. Security management system integrates authentication and management into one system, which realizes secure management of E-government's special network. This system also can be widely used.
