Based On The Local Characteristics Of The Ca System Design And Realization Of E-government

E-Government is the political activities that the departments of all levels take up through out the country in virtue of electronic information technology. The existence of E-Government depends on computer & network technology, which means that the hidden security troubles, eg. information capture & alternation, action repudiation brought by the open and freedom of Internet during the application of E-Government is unavoidable. In order to resolve these security problems, and ensure the successful implementation of E-Government, it is necessary to build up a digital certificate authority, that is CA. This paper puts forward a design scheme of E-Government CA. The creation of the paper is that for various department different certificate revocation methods were applied so that the whole system can work better.
