DS80C400 is a network microcontroller of steady ROM firmware with high-performance structure multi-layer network node, I/O and hold up IPv4/IPv6 protocol. The following methods are used: Component overall arrangement and wanting the life-span, stability, electromagnetic and compatible of considering the experiment board if the line leaves, pay special attention to the heat dissipation question in overall arrangement of the component, PCB with two layers, using super small-outline package, power with digital 5 V, 3.3 V, 1.8V.The software application of DS80C400 developed can adopt many kinds of methods development. To develop fast, that considering adopting Java and TINI mnning environment is OK. Using briefly in this thesis is to adopt this way. Demand to consider the application of each instruction cycle to those, had better adoptthe assembler language optimized most.The test procedure in this thesis has adopted C language.
