Over the passed 20 years, with the applications of micro-processor and personal computer in the instrument and system, techniques of instrument have been raised to a new stage. With the development of computer and technology correlated it, the instrument will develop greatly in the field of intelligent and standardization. Acousto-optic device versus laser frequency, phase, amplitude or intensity proceed modulate,celerity finish transfer and transition among the information of the electricity, voice, optical, approve random transfer laser beam' travel direction , realize automatism frequency selection, spectra and scan .Mostly design to laser machine, laser communication, lidar, laser image remote sensing, laser jamming, acousto-optic spectral analysis region,product had been able to extensive use. Aim at the intellectualization of the laboratory appliance ,these problem mostly make research on the intellectualization and integration of the acousto-optic device characteristic test system in the tradition laboratory . Include test system whole project design,peripheral equipment design team proper,blend virtual technology in to the design. In the measuring system ,mostly include hardware design and software design two part. The aim of the measuring system hardware design is translating the manual measuring system to the system of the utilizing calculator direct control. Mostly include the PIN photodiode detection circuit for the acousto-optic modulator characteristic metrical ,the CCD detection circuit for the acousto-optic deflector characteristic metrical ,signal processing circuit and A / D calorie interface circuit in parts . Owing to photorectifier detection circuit and A / D calorie interface circuit easy realize, it mostly has been reviewed that design and realization of the CCD detection circuit and signal dispose of circuits . LabVIEW is engineering software based on the graphic virtual instruments in it,is a sort of new fashioned instrument software that multitude data acquisition,data analysis and high resolution data display for one-piece . These system is one lit, machine, electricity conjoint complicated system, wherefore factor that impact system accuracy is much.
