AOTF as an optical splitting system, in the near infrared spectrometer, known as’90’s most prominent progressing’. Based on AOTF characteristics:light and small appearance, dual light path design; high precision, effectively eliminate background interference, strong anti-jamming capability; Good reproducibility and rapid real-time detection; signal control by electronic scanning, high resolution; in full spectrum scan range wavelength fast switching; wavelength stability is good; signal energy; no moving parts. Based on acousto-optic modulation spectroscopy camera development, were the parameters of the simulation, a simple system is built, and application to obtain the goal of test results.This paper from the view of properties of acousto-optic crystal, from crystal optical angle elaborated its nonlinear interaction, using the nonlinear interaction characteristics, expounds the acousto-optic interaction theory. In this paper, the use of acousto-optic tunable filter model AOTFnC-400.650-TN and in accordance with its parameters its theoretical calculation, simulation, analysis, according to the ultrasonic frequency coordination on the relationship, the angle of incident light at about16.872°, with its one-to-one corresponding relation, then get the diffraction of O light images will be more clear. The acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) imaging resolution is simulated and simulation results. Through the software simulation of imaging spatial resolution with the angle of incidence, wavelength mutual influence between, bandwidth and the relation between the incident angle. Through theoretical research foundation, design of the front end of the optical system simulation, and build the experiment device, through the calibration test, by several samples were spectroscopic experiment assays, access to images, extracting the gray histogram of application analysis.
