When the ultrasonic wave through the medium, light waves and sound waves in the medium of interaction could produce similar diffraction grating, "Ultrasonic diffraction". Using sound waves and light waves in the media law of this interaction, on the one hand, we could use ultrasonic beam to control the frequency, direction and intensity, on the other hand, other signals could also be converted to optical signals for analysis.In the signal processing, two signals` related operations were in the signal processing important means.Though the traditional radio-frequency signal could realize the related operating, it`s speed was slow and the system was complex. The acousto-optic system's correlation technique was one kind of real-time wideband signal parsing technique. In recent years, along with the wide frequency communication's development,this needed to process the massive high speed signals, so that set a higher request to the acousto-optic system.In this article we made the following several aspects researches from the theory and the experiment aspect to the acousto-optic system's characteristic :1. Embarking by the parameter interaction viewpoint has derived the acousto-optic coupling wave equation , and has analyzed in the medium acousto-optic interaction rule using the momentum match and the momentum unbalance. Carrying on the simulation and the experimental study to PM acousto-optics component has made acousto-optic diffraction efficiency characteristic curve. The experiment obtained result and the theory tallied basically.2. Embarking from the Rayleigh integral, has given the axial symmetry ultrasonic transducer's sound field distribution characteristic, and has given the brief analysis.With spectral analysis's viewpoint, the spatial acousto field distribution which radiated to the acoustic source has carried on the analysis, the modelling and the computation. Through analysis and modelling simulation, has explained different crystal position and weaken situation in acousto-optic crystal sound field influence and distributed characteristic. we has made the acousto field distribution and the diffraction efficiency distribution relation equation set, and calculated light field distribution on each kind of reflected condition .3. Has carried on the experiment test to the acousto-optics crystal diffraction efficiency distribution,proposed that tests and the area array test plan point by point and has carried on processing to the test data and analyzing. Has carried on the comparison the theoretical analysis with obtained, and has .The result explained the area array test was more ideal.4. Has carried on the simulation, the simulation to the space integral system and the time integral system, compared with these two kind of signal processing method characteristic; Has analyzed two kind of systems to the high speed signal processing different performance index. Has explained space integral system-related and the time integral system-related to the high speed signal processing respective way and the good and bad points5. We proposed the focusing space integral system-related. By focusing to the incident beam situation,the acousto-optic system-related's signal recurrence rate, the diffraction efficiency, the system bandwidth and so on have been carried on the analysis and the computation;...
