This paper first analyzes the demestic need at present for controlling precision of liquid coefficient viscosity on line, designs the controlling system of single cylinder rotary liquid coefficient viscosity on line,including light, mechanic and computer on slice system,based on computer on slice techonology and realizes the high-precision controlling of liquid coefficient viscosity in industry process. This type of design speeds up the response of controlling precision of viscosity and reduces the cost during chemical food manufacturing.In chapter2 it introduces in detail the basic conception and physical natrue of liquid coefficient viscosity. In chapter3 it introduces detailedly the rotary measuring basis of liquid coefficient viscosity. In chapter4 it analyzes the stucture and function of every mechanic and electronic part of the whole viscosity measuring &controlling sustem, of which it emphasizes the structure principle of mechanic part.In chapter5 it analyzes and designs the core part of viscosity controlling system computer on slice.In the end, it concludes the advantages of this viscosity controlling: reliable,steady and high-precious and points out the development direction of controlling precision of viscosity on line.
