With the coming of information era and the rapid developing of Internet and digital techniques, digital multimedia works is used widely and deeply. Including Data Visualization and digital museum, the study of information visualization has been faced a lot of troubles, How to manage the increasing huge amount of data? How to ensure people who qualified can easily access to them? How to meet the increasing expectation for digital exhibition? They got their personalization needs to be satisfied? Can we get a way to dynamically arrange the digital exhibitions to meet their demands?With the help of Grid Computing technology, we tried to come to get a possible resolution. We planned to add the data and digital exhibitions into grid, changed them into grid resources base on grid infrastructure, and then connect all the pipelines on above by building a portal, provide single-point access and services.Our works focus on several approaches. Try to find a possible way to bring grid concepts into the field of information visualization.First, I describe the pipeline of data sets visualization, discuss several ways for grid to take effects in the pipeline. We have a portal done base on CORSIKA, using myproxy server and globus Cog kit to ensure the authorization of data access and resource management.Then, based on the application of digital museum, a model of three layers have been brought forward, we build a portal too. We provide asimple access interface, mask the complexity of operation and locations of the real resources, people can get characteristic accession in this portal.Finally, we tried to build a portable client to the VAN, in order to extend its facility.
