Study And Design Of The Statistics Platform Of Comprehensive Transport Data

The comprehensive statistics is the basis for overall understanding of the work and taking decision. The extent of informationization directly influences on efficiency and quality of statistics. This paper analyzes the needs of informationization in the statistics of Sichuan transport sector, thus it presents study and design of a statistics platform of comprehensive transport data.Comparing and analyzing based on the prevailing demands, this paper determines development principles and modalities. The general function of the platform is further identified as various subsystems, and then development tools and databank is selected through comparison.Based on the status quo and specialty of demands, this paper also analyses and design the hardware and software system structures respectively for the platform. According to the identified general functions and analysis of system structures, the platform databank structure is analyzed and designed. Meanwhile, study and design are carried out based on classification and definition of various functional subsystems.According to the study and design of this platform, this paper describes implementation details for some typical system technical know-how such as system framework, definition of data dictionary, definition of data collection format, processing of formula and data collection.The finding of this study is not only suitable for the transport sector but also accommodate other sectors. Generally speaking, it is a general, open and datatable-oriented comprehensive statistics platform. This platform is a base platform of statistics job, and not relate to any concrete statistics operation. System executes detail statistics operation after the department defines the data tables and rules. So this platform is of high application and popularization value.
