| The management business requirement of the real-estate bureau is discussed. Oriented object and software engineering technology are adopted. Through particular system analysis, the development, integration and deployment scheme of management information system is put forward. C/S system structure and OOP are adopted. SQLServer2000 is chose as DBMS. Delphi7.0 is chose as system development tool. At present, the system is put into use. Computer management of the real-estate bureau business requirement is satisfied. The system plays an important part as the work of the real-estate bureau. User requirement is analyzed detailedly. According to the user requirement, the system is separated into fourteen sub-systems. User flow chart, use-case diagram, total model management view, physical configurement view and E-R diagram of database model are set up. Visual SourceSafe is adopted as the software configurement management tool. The theory and process of configurement management are set forth. User popedom and human resource are managed. The system integration is realized through DLL technology. The method of system deployment is discussed. The deployment scheme is designed detailedly. The setup program of the final-version software system is executed by InstallShield. For the convenience of system upgrade, system dynamic upgrade is designed and realized detailedly. Through modularize design method, the system is detached into small function-independent modules. Stability and maintainability are improved. System development cycle is shorten.
