| With the rapid development of computer network, communication technology and multimedia technology, the trend of digital, network and intelligence has been becoming the significant research points of Video Monitoring Systems. In order to meet the requirements of network information construction development of the Detection House, in this thesis, we have designed and implemented the most two important sub-systems of the Network Video Monitoring System, which are video transportation control and hard disk recordation.(1) This system has implemented multimedia data storage and has carried out a. multimedia database management system on C/S model to effectively manage the numerous video data on the network. In addition, the system can meet the demands of query and retrieve from users on the network.(2) This system has implemented the algorithm-scheduler of multi-disk storage, which allocates storage space on base of usable disk space and disk visited times, and can improve the storage efficiency well.(3) This system has implemented intelligent motion detection by utilizing a algorithm of difference image based on an automatically-updating background model. The system can also give an alarm and record the accidental events.(4) On the basis of analyzing the real-time transport protocol and the key technologies of transporting multimedia streaming, this thesis introduces and discusses a video real-time transportation system based on RTP/UDP/IP model.This system has proved by experiments having favorable functions and good stability. It possesses the qualification of being popularized in the Video Monitoring System of the Detection House. |
