Study & Design Of The Wireless Information Collecting System Based On SMS

This thesis studys and designes a new kind of information-collecting system based on the combination of the single-chip microcomputer and the SMS(short message service) function of the Siemens mobile module TC35. It includes the design of the handhold data-collecting terminal, the communication between the handhold terminal and the computer and the realization of the real time information release. The function principle of the SMS is introduced and the design of the hardware and the software are also discussed in details.The study and the design aim at agriculture. It can collect the types and the price of all kinds of farm products and can release the information in time. So it can deliver the service for the researchers and the common people.The first part of the thesis describes the background and the purpose of the system. And the whole frame of the system is also given here.The second part introduces the function of the SMS based on the TC35.And It also represents the applications of the AT command in brief.The third part describes the design and the realization of the hardware of the system. It includes almost all the part of the handhold terminal and makes up of the hardware system based on the single-chip microcomputer.The fourth part gives the details of the software and how to communicate between the handhold terminal and the computer.The last part of the thesis summarized the design of this system and the application in the real field. And the prospect of this system is pointed out.
