This dissertation studys reliable interface technology of the embed MCU application system, based on the reliable design of GSM/GPS automobile-mounted orientating system terminal.. Especially it discusses the anti-jamming technology of automobile-mounted communication terminal. It includes works for: the EMI characteristic of the the embed MCU application system interface, the design rules of system reliability, automotive electromagnetic environment and interface characteristic, anti-interference design of automobile-mounted communication terminal.To design reliable automobile-mounted communication terminal.we analyse the interface characteristic of MCU monitor-control system, the reliable design rules of the kind of system is summarized..study the design methodof anti-EMI on the basis of analyzing automotive electromagnetic environment and interface characteristic. By much spot and simulative testing, we educe effective measures to : on-off data capturing of automobile-mounted communication terminal, application of TVS on suppressing automotive transients, suppression of inductive-load interference pulse, interference shielding of signal wiring harness, EMI design of printed circuit board and reliable software design.The dissertation provides a reasonable method of reference on the anti-jamming design of automobile-mounted communication equipment. What's more, blindness and limitation in application design may be lowered.
