SMT mounted machine is an important equipment often used in electronic manufacturing industry, and its mounted head is the direct structure in the mounting work that mounted machine carries on. It is a key technology that helps all other structures work together through electromechanical control system. This research bases on scrapped QSP-2 mounted machine, adopts its developed mechanical part as a new mechanical platform, changes the unusable part of its mounted head, and finishes the structural redesign and control of its mounted head. The specific work of this paper is as follows:①Analyze the working process of the mounted head, design the suction nozzle of the mouted head in process, complete the pneumatic part of the mounted head, inspect the usability of optical system and purchase image gathering card, check the usability of servo motor, design and make the operative part of the mounted head.②Analyze the T and Z axis electric machine operational principle, pattern and mechanical properties of the mounted head, then measure the essential parameter of electric machine, use the fixed height motion control card to combine AMC B30A8 servo driver to set PID parameter on the industrial personal computer of researching samples, finish controlling T and Z axises.③Combine the characteristic and system design requirements of T and Z axis direct current brushless machine to draw up system's control optimum tatics, discuss indistinct PID controller in details, have a simulation analysis on the two closed loop control system controlled vaguely under the Matlab6.5/Simulink environment and carry on an optimum control.Simulation result proves the validity of this method, and meanwhile verifies that parameter's auto-tuning indistinct PID control is superior to the traditional PID control. The former has better characteristics of faster response speed, smaller overshoot, stability and tracking performance.
