The background is to construct a geospatial information service website, which name is Quancheng Jingwei. The website is to provide a developing expanding platform to share spatial information, and it can be developed and expanded. All urban information flows ordinal in this frame. Users can transport and release data, information through the UPPGP. This puts sharing and interaction of the spatial information. Many query methods is convenient to the user. The self maintenance and updating system was built for the enterprises. The manger can manage it remotely on the server in time. The electronic map covers 600 sq. km. urban area and 8,000 sq. km. County area. The DOM of the Jinan city can be spliced in the maps.
