Emulation is the rotating medium of hydraulic support and hydraulic prop. It is the blood in the power supporting system. The rule of mine safety demands: the concentration of emulation must be between 3%~5%. IF the concentration of emulation too low, the device life of service will decrease or perhaps lead to incident. If the concentration of Emulation too high, the consumption of emulsified oil will be increase, cost of production will be increase. Many factors influence the concentration of Emulation, such as pressure of water, temperature, flux, accuracy of mixing device and so on. Now, the mixing accuracy of Emulation device is low, the mixing efficiency is also low, and the worker influenced the result of mixing concentration greatly. Aimed at the above problems, we developed the vector automatic mixing device of the emulation concentration in coal mine, the system was a integrative device, it made up of mechanism, electricity, fluid, its core component was single chip microprocessor. The device adopted closed loop control principle , it differed from the traditional intermissive, open loop control device. The device used supersonic technology to measure the concentration of emulation, used speed-frequency technology to adjust the flux of emulsified oil. It could work without human' s manipulating and increasing the mixing efficiency highly. The set had good man-machine working interface. It could display the concentration of emulation, the flux of water, level of emulation in real-time, suit the convenience in working field. It also had the function of automatic alarming and shutdown in emergency time. The device had flameproof and anti-jamming performance. It could prevent the influence from the temperature of environment. Structure designing ideas applied to the process of software designing, the system was developed with C51 programming language and comprised of many modules.
