The Designing And Realization Of The Ear Training Software In The Music Teaching

The thesis detailedly discusses the application of the multimedia computer and digitized music teaching with the tenet of solving concrete problems in domestic digitized music teaching. It lucubrates the playing of media information current by multimedia computer and the interaction function of multimedia computer, and organically combines two of them, hence a new concept--"instant interaction with media information current" was brought forword. This concept has great value to the research and development of music teaching software. Especially, under suchconcept's guidance, another new concept-"instant training mode" was brought forward, and anew version of software was accomplished, it's the ear training part of the music teaching software named "Civilian Music Coach". In "instant training mode", study, training and checking are all synchronized, hence user can take adventage of the "interaction study".The ear training part of "Civilian Music Coach" has the function of "instant interaction with multimedia information current". Its development is a problem with character of intercross subjects. The problem integrates the study of the application of multimedia computer and of the music teaching. The core of the problem is to apply the function of "instant interaction with multimedia information current" in the music teaching. Not only does the problem fully expand the application field of computer, but exploits new methods for digital teaching of the music, at the same while, it will contribute to the progress of national computer music software and especially to the progress of national music teaching software.The ear training part of "Civilian Music Coach" is a CAI software which aims at the sightsinging and ear training in the music teaching. It's an aural practicing tool for musical scales, bi-notes and chords. The most prominent character which differentiates this software from all other ear training software is synchronous practicing while playing the music. The software adopted MIDI international standard, and used a lot of techniques of computer music.The article illustrates the meaning of "instant interaction with media information current" and "instant training mode", and describes the structure of "system with character of instant interaction with media information current" by fully presenting the function and structure of the ear training part of "Civilian Music Coach", by dissertating key techniques of the software, and by analyzing part of source codes. The article also appraises the software by investigation on application.
