Innovation Research Of Talents Training Mode About College Media Under The Background Of Media Mergence

With the rapid development of network technology and the digitalization and innovations of the media production conception,the trend of the media mergence on the basis of digital technology revolution is increasingly changing.It is a symbol of the arrival of the media mergence era. As a distinct characteristic of the modern media ecology, the development of media mergence will inevitably give rise to a new education conception of media talent training.Media industry urgently need a large number of the media professionals adapting to the trend of the development, who must shoulder heavy responsibility leading media change and adapting to the modern media production.In this context, it is urgent task to train enough media talents adapting to media mergence. As important position of the media personnel training, colleges undertake the obligatory responsibility.But, media talents trained by traditional mode hasn't satisfied demands in the context of diversification,integration and media mergence. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate training mode of talents. In view of this, it is particularly important to probe the training codes of the college talents on the basis of the media mergence.PartⅠ:The paper analyzed three degree level(media specialist,undergraduate,postgraduate education) from point to an area based on the current media mergence and province colleges, and combed the old problems of single media era,and analyzed new problems faced in the context of media mergence about various levels of talent training code.PartⅡ:For problems summarized in the first chapter, this paper takes innovation training typical modes of different for example, which is keeping pace with the times with certain representativeness and is worth learning by relevant colleges. PartⅢ:The paper smoothly put forward four modes which can resolve problems on the basis of finding and researching problems which are respectively: media specialist professional "express" training mode,media undergraduate "shunt" training mode,media graduate "practice" training mode and so on.These four kinds of mode are different from previous traditional modes. These modes which are suitable for more actual personnel needs are put forward based on media mergence circumstances. They also put forward innovation conception such as mergence course design, mergence teaching platform, mergence lab. Of course, innovation modes mentioned by this paper not only have advantages but also have places which are insufficient and are to be improved.Trying to explore training code of college media personnel on the background of media mergence is to design useful theoretical try for the current training of the college media talents, make media talents trained by colleges adapt to current media development, conforms to employment standard of the media industry, which also makes this research certain practical value.
