Measure and control system of linear induction motor and electromagnet testbench based on industry control computer and data acquisition card is designed, which is realized by LabWindows/CVI and run in Windows 2000 operation system. Furthrermore the software and hardware are integrated. The measure and control system is composed of sensors,executive devices.data acquisition card,industry control computer and analysis software.In this paper, data acquisition and data analysis based on Windows is mainly realized. At the same time network transmission is also completed, the acquired data is transferred to buffer in computer memory so as to acquire continuously big capacitiy data by using DMA data transmission. In order to utilize multi-task character of Windows 2000,the multi-thread is used to check the message event in DMA transmission, whick greatly enhances system efficiency. The question that hardware cann't be accessed in Windows 2000 is resolved by using Windows DLL mechanism. The data network transmission is carried out by DataSocket technology. The single on-off control of linear induction moter,DC motor and electromagnet is implemented by using data acquisition card digital I/O port. At the meantime the linear motor voltage and frequency are controlled by the D/A output of data acquisition card.At first ,the total frame of measure and control system is introduced ,then some technology used in soft design is introduced on the basis of particular presentation of data acquisition card.The program including data acquisition ,data analysis , interface and network transmission is designed and carried out .At last ,the experimental result is given.The measure and control system just using a data acquisition card is realized, which has many advantages such as simple makeup, cheapness and good performance. It testifies that PC-DAQ system is easily used .
