| With the development of industrial automation and the wide application of computer technology in industrial production, the traditional data collecting system can't meet the requirements of the development of modem industry network. In this case, embedded remote data collecting system with a higher speed, lower power and stronger robust in communication has witnessed a rapid development. The mineral liquid-pump in this paper is taken as the monitoring target and the ARM microprocessor and embedded real time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ are adopted to design the embedded data collecting system which can communicate with PC in the remote controlling center through serial or Ethernet communication interfaces. The totally new design concept is employed in designing the embedded data collecting system. The real time system is used to guide the switching and communication of the tasks, which helps to ensure the real time feature, reliability and stability of the system. In the system the data collection is realized by the control of the embedded microprocessor over the sensor. The pre-set parameters are processed by the system and the data displayed on the LED screen, and data estranging will occur simultaneously according to the pre-designed communicating protocol when the communication with remote controlling center is realized through serial or Ethernet c ommunication. Virtual Instrument technology is applied in designing the main management software, which enables the data received to be stored according to chronological sequence in the corresponding database for the user's inquiry and analyses in the future, thus the remote collection and scientific management of data are realizedIn this paper the demands of system are analyzed first and then a general designing scheme is proposed according to the system's capability. Next a detailed description is made on the design of the hardware and software in μ C/OS-Ⅱ-based embedded data collecting system. LabVIEW is adopted to design the managing software in the remote center. Finally, the realization of Ethernet communication and embedded Web sever is discussed, which lays the way for the networked system. |
