The Research And Realization Of Educational Administration System Of The Academic Year's Credit System

Along with the rapid enlargement in size of national colleges or universities and the increase in number of school sections as well as the continuous reformation of educational system, there is a great augment in workload with more and more complexity in educational administration. As a result, an age of information and internet in educational administration become imperative under the situation. It is necessary and urgent to develop efficient educational administration system basing on Internet Network. At the same time, Guangdong University of Technology has high development velocity in size, so computers and internet network should be urgently demanded and utilized to manage so much and complex work in educational administration. Basing on a complete research and investigation, considering the actual requirement for the system of academic year and credit hour in educational administration, according to the characteristic of multi-client and multi-user in this system, we design a kind of educational administration system of academic year and credit hour which runs under the environment of Intrant/Internet and have two mode of C/S/S and B/S/S.Firstly, this dissertation described the actuality, the characteristic , the whole scheme of system design as well as the aim and function of system realization; Secondly, this dissertation discussed the system demand analysis of student status administration , educational administration , course arranging administration , course elective administration , grade administration , teaching material administration , network station for external link, teacher administration , assessing administration etc, at the same time, emphatically and detailedly introduced the design of public selective sub-system which the author participated, the central arithmetic of selective filtering and the analysis of selective result in the first term from 2004 to 2005.
