The technology has more accuracy, more stability and more resisting disturb than analog instrument. It including two key technologies: signal source synthesize and tested data digital processing. Digital source was developed very fast recently. It different others with excellent performance and characteristic and it is the representive of modern frequency synthesize.Tested data digtal processing not only satisfy realtime system butalso has more precision.Arithmetic operation by the combination of different ampify circuts and resistences and filter by the combination of different resistence and capacitance ago. The most shortest is not agility or stabilization for analog processing. Modification parameters is not easy and which need different resistence , capacitance and electronics switch which produced connection for analog processing.But the modification parameters of digital signal processing are easy by rectifing software so it has high agility and precision.Now,the technology of digital signal processing has became most important one among signal processing area.The fast development of mixed signal chip which make a chip can process analog signal ,digtal signal meantime and make instrument on a chip become realization.The development of programmable logical controller offer engineer a big convenience.They can use hardware description language to realize their system get rid of the limits of special chip.Nowadays,the technology of digital signal processing has come through fastest development and each application widely.In this paper,introduced some basic ways of digital tester technology. Analyzing the theory of direct digital frequency synthesizer , ordinary signal tester and digital filter ways carefully.Designing a drain switch tester easily and efficiencily by using this technology.The chip used in this instrument is a mixed signal chip which has extra low consumption from TI corporation.The contribution of author in this paper:1. Exploiting the realization ways of digital signal source;making it be used surmount the limits of special chip.2. Discussing the realization ways of digital signal processing in micro controller chip.3. Finishing the design of drain switch tester ,both hard and software by using TI's mixed signal chip..
