With the development of the embedded system and network technology, embedded communication network devices have been used widely and the new ideas of mobile services such as mobile office and mobile communication have emerged as well. So the demand of mobile function on embedded communication network devices is needed. But as the need of application being enlarged, how to enhance the mobility, interoperability and compatibility of embedded communication network device attracts more and more attentions. It has become a hotspot for researching in embedded communication field.This thesis explores a new solution of providing multi-communication operations in embedded device aimed at the session mobility, interoperatibility, compatibility and extensibility in communication network of embedded devices. Innovatively, we import Mobile SIP to embedded system.Having used the characteristics of agility, convenience of realization and the suitable framework for network, This thesis aims at studying and solving some critical problems on applying Mobile SIP to realize the session mobility.In this thesis,.firstly we begin with studying the SIP mobility.compare the Mobile SIP mobility solution with the Mobile IP mobility solution in the embeded system,and investigate the Mobile SIP solution's mobility service.What is more,we emphasis the session mobility service in the Mobile SIP solution;afterwards we analysis the critical problems that should be solved in applying Mobile SIP into embeded system.discuss the guarantee of service quality online process in IP telephone terminal. Based on IP telephone terminal, we bring forward an integrated solution of how to layout and develop SIP application system in Embedded system. We present the designing and the layout of developing flow. At the end of the thesis,according to the integrated method mentioned above and the experimental condition ,we resolve some basic problems on applying Mobile SIP to achieve the session mobility, such as the realization of the Mobile SIP stack ,the implementation for RTP/RTCP Stack and the dynamic monitoring and control policies for QoS. We.carry out the demo of IP telephone which has session mobility function .In order to verify the validly of the investigation in this thesis.we test the demo .Mobile SIP has enormous potentials in embedded system applications in order to realize the mobility fuction of the embedded network devices, which should be further researched and explored. At the end of this thesis, we prospect and give a summery of the research of Mobile SIP in embedded environment.
