Mobile Agent technology, as the combination of artificial intelligence, Agent technology and distributed computing technology, is a new generation distributed process key technology following CORBA, EJB, etc. In view of its numerous advantages, it has already been widely used in such numerous new developing fields as e-commerce, personal assistant distributed information retrieval and telecommunication network service, etc.With constant completion of Mobile Agent technology, especially the maturity on the theory model and constant expansion in practical application, a lot of manufacturers have put out their own Mobile Agent business systems separately. But because of the difference between the design organization and standard adopted, it is very much difficult to coordinate and work each other between them, therefore, it is one of primary problems to be solved that solving the interoperability problem between Mobile Agent systems in field of actual application. Defined by OMG, Mobile Agent System Interoperability Facilities is devoted to solving the interoperability between Mobile Agent systems, and has put forward the relatively ripe standard, so the research of this thesis regards MASIF as the original version.This thesis will further investigate the interoperability standard and present numerous researchers' research results in field of Mobile Agent technology, improve and expand them, arrange the key technology of basic interoperability, apply it to existing Mobile Agent platform (Aglet and AgentBuilder), realize the basic interoperability each other between the different kinds of Mobile Agent systems. Furthermore, experimentation model is oriented to Web Service, embodies that Mobile Agent technology and Web Service are benefited to each other, and will have a good application foreground in field of Web Service. On the foundation of basic interoperability, this thesis proposes an intelligent route algorithm later based on ant algorithm in order to improve and optimize independence and intelligence of Mobile Agents in theory whice have realized basic interoperability.
