Abstract/Summary:
This paper derives from the research and development of information center system, a sub informationization project of DHI Gear Reducer. Through the study of the collection, feedback, statistic and analysis of data and the consideration of the characteristics during the process of enterprise's manufacture and management, the frame model of information center based on the closed-loop feedback control management mode is brought forward and the information center system is developed and implemented.The system's pattern design follows ideas such as Enterprise Resources Planning, Control Engineering, Decision Support and so on. Through the in-depth research to the manufacture and management of DHI Gear Reducer Plant, information flow is ascertained, so is the function aims of system according to the information requirement from the enterprise's leaders. A multi-prospectively closed-loop feedback information center system is designed to analyze the data rooted in production and management.The system collects initiatively and feedback dynamically the key phase's data, including sale, purchase, plan, machining and storage operation. According to the order and depth from contracts to products and from parts to working procedures, the parts what have been collected from several products for the rationality of manufacture are linked newly to the contract and product. In this way, not only the effective product pattern with purchase and manufacture in batches is sufficed, but also the all perspective supervising and control to production process are provided to leaders. Meanwhile, according to the requirements from the management of the different ranks in enterprise, the system feedbacks and analyses these data to form useful as well as intuitionistic management information to support managers' decision. Therefore the enterprise information flow's close-loop feedback control is realized.The author adopts the Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database system to develop the system. Hardware and network connections demanded by the system are also set up.In the end the author illustrates the implementation of the system, which realizes data collection, information analysis and decision support during the process of enterprise's manufacture and management. The practice of software shows that the approaches in this dissertation are effective and practicable.
