Oa System Research And Development Based On Workflow

Workflow technology is an active area of research of information technologies, it is the main technique to improve efficiency and productivity of business process. This article firstly discusses workflow technique's characteristic, studies profoundly its application in office automation, and combines the request and those problems that been meet with in the process of informatization of enterprise After analysis, the author designed this OA system based on J2EE . This paper especially discusses and researches the automation technology, classify, model and implementation mechanism of workflow, Flow with work information sharing of data as core , come identification node that work shed with concrete various kinds of state data that business flow and according to theresearches of workflow the author implemented the workflow automation.This system is built up foundation based on J2EE, fully utilize the advantage of J2EE and adopt Session Bean of J2EE and Entity Bean technology , has realized business logic separated from business datum, have improved systematic stability and expansibility. The system has fully used the design pattern that the mode optimized this system of designing, improved the systematic expansibility, reusable and easy maintaining in the course of designing and realizing, and still support and construct the environment of the database differently.
