Design And Implement Of Office Automation System Based On The The MVC Design Pattern

With the rapid development of the science and technology, the model of thetraditional office has been difficult to meet the needs of modern society.How to combinewith the traditional office and the computer network，and to improve the quality andefficiency of the daily work.So,the focus of the current study is how to establish ahighly effective office automation system.This thesis is based on the background,the main purpose of this thesis is to designand implement an office automation system,which is in order to improve the efficiencyand quality of the work.We analyzed the requirements of the daily work in the office inthe Object-Oriented method..At last,the office automation system adopts the MVCdesign pattern and the J2EE framework technology SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) tofacilitate the modernization, standardization and efficiency.The main content of this thesis is as follows:1、We researched and analysis the development of the office automation system inthe world.2、We made a specific study over the integrated office business managementautomation system,and stablish the use-case model and functional model.3、According to the MVC design pattern,we designed the framework of the officeautomation system,and described the function of each module of the system and thedesign of database.4、The system adopts the MVC design pattern and the J2EE frameworktechnology SSH.5、We test the office automation system,and improve the quality of the system.The system has been put into use in the local area network of the office.In the future wewill continue to improve based on user’s feedback.
