Research And Development Of Web-Based Telecom OA System

As communication engineering and computer science are developing rapidly and combining. Then Office Automation (OA) system goes deep into application. The author tried to integrate some communication techniques, such as CTI,SMS,VPN, into OA systems and eventually designed and implemented the OA system of Xi' an Telecom Company which is developed on asp. net+c#+SQL Server. This OAS has been applied successfully and improve the efficiency of work.This article briefs the author' s research, introduces in detail the xi' an Telecom Company OA system analysis and design on the way of Object-Oriented Software Engineering. This paper also introduces the integration of Telephone intelligent platform PHS SMS system and OA System; and security enhancement by VPN.
