Streaming media technology and characteristic broadcast while downloading are well received by such the trades as the education, amusement , etc.. Based on streaming media technology, research and study multimedia communication-on-demand system and the management platform of this system seem particularly important too to develop. This system mainly includes user' s program is requested for its function, channel watching, such functions as multimedia resources are stored and sharing.This article has designed a kind of solution of the management platform of the multimedia communication-on-demand system, which is based on Web, and we have carried on systematic development. This scheme includes the framework of management platform, administrator' s program design, and client's program design. The system has realized user's personal information, demand program and managing of the program, channel program;Inquiry of the information of the program; The uploading of media's file; Such functions as the opening management of the channel program, etc.. Having also probed into the systematic security question in the article, and the precaution question attacked to SQL Injection has been considered in the design.This management platform adopts B/S mode and supports MS SQL Server 2000 . This system is with perfect function, the expanding is stronger, the interface is friendly , and easy to use. This management platform has already been finished, pass and test, and the result is more satisfactory.
