Grid is the next-generation Internet Computing platform. The key task of Grid aims at the management of a variety of software and hardware resources distributed across the Internet wide-area based environment, which compose a uniform and virtual computing platform of shared resources. Grid is the next-general Internet. It is a new technology for Internet Application. We need a new Integration Development Platform for developing and debugging Grid applications. This thesis begins with the analysis of requirement of developing Grid application in share and dynamic environment and debugging in Internet environment. We aim at the development workflow with Globus Toolkit and propose the concept of DartGrid IDE. DartGrid IDE, compatible with the exist Java IDE, is an integration develop platform for Grid Applications. DartGrid IDE aim at two main issues. First, developing grid applications in share and distributed organization. Second, debugging and deploying the grid applications in internet environment.DartGrid IDE, integrates with the popular IDE Eclipse .and Apache Maven, propose the Grid Application development model and Grid application distributed debug model. The DartGrid IDE is extensible because of its micro run time and plug-in architecture.
