Firstly, The article analyzes the development of the networked measure and remote control technology. Then put forward a system model of the network-measured system which applied the navigating facility of civil airport.This article details the pivotal technology of this item, Which including many functionality modules, such as data gathering, long-distance controlling, video monitoring, network information issue, and etc.We adopt OPP and database technology to design the software. Analyze the thinking of it, especially net communication and the structure of database.OPP, opening and layered systemic framework are adopted, We can configure and assemble each module flexibly according to demanding and surrounding.The article expatiates a systemic thought according the construction of the network-measured system, which is a synthetical application of various technologies.
