Base on the digital microscope image process software platform ScopePhoto1.0, This paper design a special process function plugin interface-Plugin, this design idea realize the sub-process module'joint with the fundamental process platform with the DLL pattern, the modularized development pattern mostly expand the software's extensibility, enhance the maintainability, and degrade the upgrading fee. This paper design 3 practical process algorithm and finish the coding task. The 3 plugin is show below:plugin of Image morph measurement: realize the measurement such as:the perimeter,area,the major and the minor axis,envelop circle.in the perimeter algorithm use the optimized algorithm reconstruct part of the precision degeneration cause from the digitalization of the analogue image.plugin of the width measurement between the lines: realize the line width measurement in the microscope image of PCB or IC,and finish the label task in the image.Plugin of the image FFT and the frequency analysis: realize the Fast Fourier Transform of the image, the frequency clipping, and the nagetive FFT...
